In 1934, Dunlop Cricket Club initiated fund raising for a new clubhouse. Mrs Haddington of Dunlop set up a linen sheet in the public hall on to which names were signed by patrons who each paid 6p to the fund. Their names were then emphasised by coloured embroidery by Mrs Haddington.
341 people signed the sheet which was recently mounted in a framed by Marlyn Thom and donated to the museum.
